4 years ago, I entered the trade of catering as a layman. I observed the trade with the insight of consumers and drew a conclusion: the quality of products is the basis for the development of catering enterprises.
To improve the level of standardization and establish a sound background system is the fundamental way for making Chinese catering enterprises bigger and better.
Since 2005, Little Sheep has made great effort to establish a perfect background system and food safety system. We invested several hundred million yuan to establish China’s biggest slaughter and mutton production base in Inner Mongolia, the most advanced production enterprise of soup materials in chafing dish in the world and a logistics distribution system.
After the base was set up, we have established cooperative relations with several hundred thousand farmers and herdsmen. The quality of products is controlled in the whole process from pasture and farmland to dining tables. So far, sound background system has provided a strong support for the rapid development of Little Sheep.
Food is the first necessity of the people and we feel proud for we are doing something great. It is the dream of the staff and workers of Little Sheep to provide consumers at home and abroad with healthy, safe and nutritious Chinese cuisine.
