    Inner Mongolia Little Sheep Catering Chain Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Little Sheep”) was set up in Baotou of Inner Mongolia in August 1999, specializing in special chafing dish and franchise business. It also deals in Little Sheep seasonings and R&D, processing and marketing of special meat products. In June 2008, Little Sheep was listed in Hong Kong, becoming the first Chinese catering brand listed in Hong Kong (stock code: HK0968), known as “First stock of Chinese hotpot”.
    So far, the franchise restaurants of Little Sheep have spread all over China and entered the countries and regions, such as the US, Canada, Japan, Hong Kong and Macao.
    Little Sheep has adhered to the ideology “basing on quality to maximize customers’ value” and established a vertical integrated industrial chain development mode. It boasts a seasonings base, a meat production base, a logistics distribution center and export organizations. A food safety guarantee system, from pasture and farmland to dining tables, has been formed. 
    Little Sheep Meat Industry Base boasts 3 core sources of grassland sheep: Xilinguole grassland base, Byannor grassland base and Hulunbair grassland base. With the most advanced technology, the base is the biggest mutton processing enterprise and the first mutton processing enterprise to have passed Organic Food Certification at home.   
    Little Sheep Seasonings Base boasts not only the planting base of raw materials but also the production line of the soup materials in chafing dish, which is the most advanced one in China. The products enjoy brisk sales in countries and region, such as the US, Canada, Japan, Britain and Germany. Little Sheep seasonings have passed International Quality System Authentication of ISO9001: 2000, National Green Food Certification and HACCP Certification. It is a modern production enterprise with standardized management.  
    The industrial development pattern of Little Sheep has not only supported the operation of Little Sheep restaurants and food marketing, but has also driven the upgrade of the industrial structure of agriculture and animal husbandry in Inner Mongolia. As a result, local farmers and herdsmen have become prosperous. The development of Little Sheep has brought benefit to all the links of the industrial line, such as shareholders, staff and workers, stock investors, farmers, herdsmen and franchisers.  
    Little Sheep has won one honor after another, such as “Famous Trademark of China”, “Annual Franchise Award” (conferred by FLA), “Top 100 National Name Cards of China”, “Top 25 Model Brands”. More than 10 years of effort has not only brought about great achievement, but also set an example for the standardization, branding and internationalization of Chinese catering.
